Please use the form below to register as a stallholder at this year’s Medieval Music in the Dales. Please also read the following notes, which will hopefully answer all your questions!

• Dates are Friday 11th September, Saturday 12th September and Sunday 13th September. Trading hours are 12 noon-5pm on Friday, 10am-4pm on Saturday, 10am-3pm on Sunday. You are welcome to set up on Thursday evening from 5pm, or on Friday morning from 8am. You need to be cleared away by 6pm on Sunday

• Stalls are on the grassed terrace area immediately to the west of Bolton Castle. Please ensure your gazebo is commercial grade and well weighted or pegged down.

• You need to supply your own gazebo, table and everything else you might need. There is no electrcity available

• The cost for a stall remains at £75 for the weekend. Please make the payment at the same time as you return this form.

• You are welcome to camp on site; the cost is £25 per person. . Please book your camping spot(s) IN ADVANCE via the festival box office

• Up to two people are welcome on a stall, but must be registered in advance using this form. Each will receive a ‘Participant Pass’ entitling them to access to Bolton Castle and the Festival Marquee on all three days.

• Please attach a copy of your insurance certificate as indicated on the form.

• Please also supply a good high-res image of your stall or stock.
