Please use the form below to register as a stallholder at this year’s Medieval Music in the Dales. Please also read the following notes, which will hopefully answer all your questions!

• Sessions are:

  • Thursday 2-6pm (Granny’s Kitchen) / 6-9pm (Proper Pizzas)

  • Friday 8-11am (Granny’s Kitchen) / 12-6pm (Granny’s Kitchen and Sun of Seitan) / 6-9pm (Proper Pizzas and Sip)

  • Saturday 8-11am (Granny’s Kitchen) / 12-6pm (Granny’s Kitchen and Sun of Seitan) / 6-9pm (Proper Pizzas and Sip)

  • Sunday 8-11am (Granny’s Kitchen) / 12-6pm (Granny’s Kitchen and Sun of Seitan) / 5-8pm (Proper Pizzas)

• Electricity can be arranged but please bring your own TESTED cables and connections.

• The cost for a stall is £50 / day attending. In other words, attending over four days = £200, attending over three days = £150, attending over two days = £100

• Please make the payment at the same time as you return this form.

• You undertake to accept the festival food vouchers. These are in £5 units: we ask you to not accept these for any purchase significantly under the marked value of the voucher. Offers priced at £5 or £10 for our Stewards and Performers are appreciated where possible.

• You are welcome to camp on site; the cost is £25 per person. . Please book your camping spot(s) IN ADVANCE via the festival box office

• Up to two people at a time are welcome on a stall, but must be registered in advance using this form. Each will receive a ‘Participant Pass’ entitling them to access to Bolton Castle and the Festival Marquee on all three days.

• Please attach a copy of your insurance certificate and food safety certificate as indicated on the form.
